The Monster afraid of the World

Lately I have worked on trying to change my drawing style a little to make it easier to draw fast and easy. Why? Because I want to try drawing a comic. I doubt I will get long before I start on something else, but I really want to try.

The story is one I have written a long time ago, and I want to do it justice. It is about a sheltered child named Taylor, a mute. She has been locked inside her home her entire life because her mother is sure monsters has taken over the world outside. One night she is forced to escape her home and venture out alone into the world, where monsters have taken over.

She soon makes her way to Esperance. A now closed down coffee shop, where she meets the former owner Morgan. A rare monster so afraid of the world he will not leave his home.

Together they start healing and move on from their past lives, and come to embrace each and every day that they can share with the other.

I am currently working on drawing and designing the characters, but I hope to get started on the comic itself soon. Then I will see if I have the skill in me to actually make anything coherent.
